The Upper Crust Pizza is a family owned and operated Pizza restaurant in Summerlin. Our family has been in the pizza business for over 65 years! It all started in Boston with our Dad. He was well known for the best crust and the best pizza in the north side of Boston!

Our pizza is an authentic east coast style thin crust pizza. The crust has the real flavor of the east coast pizza restaurants. This is because we special order our pizza dough from Boston! That's right - our pizza dough comes from back east. We have our sources back home and Upper Crust Pizza is making it fresh for Las Vegas!

As much as we love Las Vegas, we just can't make the crust right out here. The elevation, dry air, and water quality do not make good pizza dough. Our dough is made in Boston, specially packaged and sent out here. We proof the dough here every day and hand toss every crust!
